Autumn Gardens are registered installers of the www.Resiblock.com polyurethane block paving sealer system. We have fully trained team members in the preparation and application of the various sealants available.

We will advise you on the various sealant options there are available, and the product best suited to your requirements.

New Driveways

• Sealed 10 weeks after installation for concrete block pavers, to allow any efflorescence in the block pavers to dissipate.
• The driveway is swept, and joints between the block pavers are topped up with kiln dried sand.
• Sealant is then applied at a ratio of 1 litre per 2 square metres of driveway, using a roller or squeegee, applying 2 coats depending on the sealant selected.

Refurbishing a Driveway

• Clean the driveway with a rotary pressure washer cleaning system, this will remove grime, dirt and most oil stains, bringing the driveway back to its original condition.
• Repair damaged or sunken areas in the driveway.
• Weed killer is applied if the driveway is suffering from invasive weeds.
• Kiln dried sand is then applied, to top up the joints between the block pavers.
• Sealant is then applied at a ratio of 1 litre per 2 square metres of driveway, using a roller or squeegee, applying 2 coats depending on the sealant selected.
